General Conditions of Sales

SALES COMMISSIONS

These general Terms of Use shall apply to all the Uptivo products purchased via the company’s website with the club’s discount code. In carrying out its obligations, UPTIVO will act in accordance with good faith and fair dealing.

By using the club’s discount code via the company’s website, club’s users get a 10% of discount on the retail price of every Uptivo product displayed on the website. At the same time, the Uptivo Club will be entitled to a sales commission of 15% on the retail price of every Uptivo product ordered on the company’s website with the club’s discount code.

 

HOW CLUB’S USERS CAN USE THE CLUB’S DISCOUNT CODE

When buying Uptivo products via the company’s website, a 10% of discount will be automatically applied to all the Uptivo products in the customer’s cart. Club’s users can enter the discount code in the discount field shown during checkout, after completing shipping and payment information. The discount code can be redeemed an unlimited number of times, without limitations concerning product quantity and type.

 

HOW TO GET A 15% SALES COMMISSION

Sales commissions entitled to the Uptivo Club are as follows:

• Uptivo Lightband: 14,63 EUR / each
• Uptivo Armband: 12,05  EUR / each 
• Uptivo Belt M: 8,60 EUR / each
• Uptivo Belt D: 8,60 EUR /each
• Uptivo Belt replacement strap: 2,21 EUR / each
• Uptivo Armband replacement strap: 2,21 EUR / each
• Uptivo Lightband replacement strap: 2,21 EUR / each 
• Uptivo Lightband - Armband charge cable: 1,72 EUR / each
• Uptivo Shaker Bottle: 3,07 EUR / each

Sales commissions are exclusive of VAT and all the other applicable sales taxes.

The price of the products, and related sales commissions, will be blocked at the time the order is submitted and paid. UPTIVO reserves the right to change the assortment of products displayed on the Website, to modify prices, the amount of sales commissions, and/or the criteria for its determination at any time.

 

COMMISSION PAYMENTS

Unless otherwise agreed, the right to immediate commission payment will arise only if, and to the extent that, the Uptivo Club achieves a total amount of 1000,00 EUR in purchases. Upon reaching the threshold of 1000,00 EUR, UPTIVO will promptly notify the Uptivo club. Commissions will be paid by wire transfer upon issuing an invoice addressed to:

If the Uptivo Club doesn’t achieve the above mentioned total amount of 1000,00 EUR, the remuneration will be due and paid by the end of the current fiscal quarter (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec), independently from the result obtained.

Uptivo club will have the right to have the seller’s data inspected only for the purpose of detecting a possible breach by the seller of its obligations under these general Terms of Use.

 

HOW TO CONFIGURE THE CLUB’S STRIPE ACCOUNT

In order to configure the club’s Stripe account, follow the instructions below:

• Type the email to be associated to stripe
• Type the stripe code you received
• Keep the stripe backup code
• Insert your company data
• Insert your business information
• Complete your bank information and save

 

DURATION

Unless otherwise communicated, these general Terms of Use will be automatically renewed on December 31, 2022. On the contrary, a notice will be given in writing by means of communication, ensuring evidence and date of receipt (e.g. email), not less than one month before the expiry date.
